Connie Chang

Client Relations / Administrative Coordinator

Connie Chang has been the client relations and administrative coordinator at Federal Title & Escrow since 2019. Connie truly enjoys taking care of her clients and the staff. As the administrative coordinator, Connie works directly with everyone involved in the closing process, giving her a personal stake in each closing.

For Connie, a successful closing means she was able to make a positive difference in someone else’s life.

We are honored that Connie’s first experience in the title insurance business is with us. Her biggest accolade so far has been her project management of Federal Title and Escrow’s Potomac, Maryland office, which opened in 2021.

Connie grew up in Middletown, Maryland, and graduated with a BS in International Studies from American University.

When she is not working, Connie enjoys reading, baking, skiing, and learning new languages. She is also a huge fan of the Washington Nationals baseball team.
