
Sanam Geramifar
Sanam Geramifar is the disbursement controller. She joined Federal Title & Escrow in 2017, initially as a settlement processor. Just one year later, in 2018, she was promoted to her current position, disbursement controller.
Sanam’s favorite part of her workday is handling day-to-day transactions and ensuring that every single cent is accounted for, whether for the company or the clients. She also enjoys the reconciliation process, skills she acquired from previous work experience as a paralegal for Tobin, O’Connor & Ewing. As a paralegal, Sanam mainly handled finances yet she also gained knowledge of foreclosures and real estate escrow and project management.
Sanam is from Potomac, Maryland, and she graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a BA in Criminology. Sanam likes to travel to the beach, watch scary movies, and spend time with her son. She is a fan of Real Madrid soccer and enjoys watching UFC and boxing, specifically Conor McGregor and Manny Pacquiao.
