Tiffany Garcia is a settlement processor at Federal Title & Escrow, working primarily at the 14th Street office, downtown in Washington, D.C. Tiffany appreciates the fast-paced, ever-changing environment of the business; she likes how every closing experience is different.
She also appreciates how welcoming everyone involved in the process is and how all parties work to achieve the end goal of a successful closing.
Before arriving at Federal Title & Escrow in 2020, Tiffany spent two years working in the title insurance business as a clerk and a recordation coordinator. Her title insurance business and an additional four years prior working in retail has allowed Tiffany to acquire impressive customer service skills.
Tiffany grew up in Richmond, Virginia. Her hobbies include history-based books and films, crime-based television shows, trivia, playing chess, and she is very fond of Disney and Marvel. Tiffany follows most sports with her favorites being the Washington Capitals, Baltimore Ravens, and Baltimore Orioles.
