During these challenging times, Federal Title remains able to conduct closings, including e-closings, using remote online notary technology (RON), and e*recordings so parties may sign documents without attending a closing meeting.
For lenders, this means we are prepared to issue lender title insurance commitments and policies without exception for electronically signed/notarized/recorded documents.
For agents, please contact your preferred mortgage lenders and encourage them to utilize our e-closing platform, since ultimately it is up to the lender whether or not an e-closing can happen.
We continue to take precautions to protect the health and safety of our employees and clients while doing our best to offer solutions to help mitigate the disruptions of this unprecedented public health emergency. We believe now more than ever we must come together to help our neighbors and look out for each other.
If you have questions or concerns, including how to take advantage of our remote closing solutions, please contact us.
