For lenders, this means we are prepared to issue lender title insurance commitments and policies without exception for electronically signed/notarized/recorded documents.
For agents, please contact your preferred mortgage lenders and encourage them to utilize our e-closing platform, since ultimately it is up to the lender whether or not an e-closing can happen.
