Evan Habib
Evan Habib is a settlement agent at Federal Title & Escrow. Evan appreciates the collaborative nature of the work environment, both within the office and with all the involved parties. He also finds it exciting that while each closing is similar, there is always a curveball that requires an extra bit of focus to make things go off without a hitch.
Evan began working at Federal Title & Escrow in 2021 after spending two years at a large law firm in New York.
Evan grew up in Boston, earned a BA in Political Science from Syracuse University, and he will be attending American University Washington College of Law this fall while continuing to work at Federal Title. Evan hopes to use his title insurance experience and law school studies to pursue his interests in residential real estate and law.
In his leisure time, Evan enjoys cooking, skiing, going to the beach, and reading books about U.S. history and baseball history. He is also an avid Boston sports fan.
