Jessica Youngs is a Settlement Attorney at Federal Title & Escrow Company and serves as the Branch Managing Attorney of the firm’s Fairfax office. In her role, Jessica oversees office operations and settlement workflows while maintaining an active closing practice. She has helped thousands of clients successfully navigate the major milestones of buying, selling, and refinancing their primary residences and investment properties, and she is widely known for her ability to make complex real estate matters clear, efficient, and approachable.

Jessica brings a strong combination of legal precision, operational leadership, and client-focused guidance to every transaction. Her experience spans both residential and commercial settlements, and she is especially skilled at identifying and resolving title issues proactively to keep transactions on track. Jessica’s steady communication style and attention to detail make her a trusted resource for agents, lenders, and attorneys throughout the region.

In addition to her settlement work, Jessica is an experienced educator and industry resource. She has written and taught continuing education courses for real estate professionals and attorneys, covering topics such as contract fundamentals, compliance, title insurance principles, and best practices. Earlier in her legal career, Jessica worked as a litigator—an experience that gives her a unique perspective and practical problem-solving approach when disputes, defects, or high-risk issues arise during a transaction. A Northern Virginia native, Jessica earned her B.S. in Business Administration, summa cum laude, with a specialization in Finance and Real Estate from American University, and her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from George Mason University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Virginia and the District of Columbia and holds a Virginia title license.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, hiking Virginia’s scenic countryside, and cooking.
