Jessika Roberts
Jess Roberts is a Post-Closing Assistant at Federal Title & Escrow Company, where she supports the Post-Closing Project Manager and plays an important role in helping transactions reach full completion after settlement. In this position, Jess assists with post-closing workflows, documentation follow-up, and issue resolution, helping ensure that final steps are handled accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of professionalism.
Jess takes pride in her strong attention to detail and her client- and service-oriented approach. She enjoys being part of the team that helps bring matters to resolution, and she works diligently to support both internal staff and outside parties by providing responsive communication and consistent follow-through.
Born and raised in Maryland, Jess also has a strong familial background rooted in Trinidad. Outside of the office, she enjoys creating art and attending pop-up events. She also loves spending time with her baby girl, Harmony, and enjoys watching and singing along to K-Pop Demon Hunters.
