Luke Bacigalupo is a Settlement Attorney and Chief Operating Officer at Federal Title & Escrow Company. Luke began his career with Federal Title in 2016.  He has closed thousands of residential and commercial real estate settlements in the DC Metro area.

Luke grew up in Bethesda, Maryland, and has a family background in the DMV real estate industry dating back to the 1970s. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from Syracuse University and his JD from the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law. 

Luke works primarily out of Federal Title’s Arlington location. Outside of the office, Luke enjoys quick getaways to the beach and playing golf with friends.
