Federal Title brings superior closing experience to Northern Virginia with opening of newest office

The D.C.-based title company will start closing transactions from Ballston starting February 1

Washington, D.C. (January 26, 2021) – Independent settlement service provider Federal Title & Escrow Company, known for leveraging technology to deliver a superior closing experience, today announced the opening of a new location in Northern Virginia.

The company is already taking appointments for the new office, which is in the Ballston area and officially opens for business February 1. The office is located at 4601 N. Fairfax Drive, Suite 1200, near the Ballston Metro where Fairfax Drive, Glebe Road and Interstate 66 meet.

“We’ve heard from many of our clients about the need for an experienced, tech-forward title company in the Northern Virginia market,” said Todd Ewing, Federal Title’s founder and CEO. “The commercial market has cooled somewhat due to the pandemic, while the residential market continues to heat up with many buyers looking farther out of the city for properties that offer bigger yards and more square footage. We saw an opportunity to show up for our clients and better serve them, and we look forward to seeing new and familiar faces in Ballston.”

Federal Title will continue to offer digital closing solutions, such as remote online closings and video conferencing equipped closing tables, which have seen increased demand from agents and their clients due to the pandemic.

The Ballston location is Federal Title’s fourth. The company also has two offices in Washington, D.C. and one in Rockville, Maryland.
