Federal Title & Escrow Company Awarded Prize for Exceptional Management of Consumer Funds: Press Release

The 3E Remittance Award from WFG recognizes the Mid-Atlantic Region’s top performing title companies in delivering streamlined and consistent remittances
Washington, D.C. (June 28, 2022) – Independent settlement service provider Federal Title & Escrow Company, known for leveraging high tech to deliver a personalized closing experience, recently accepted the Mid-Atlantic Region’s “3E Remitter Award” from title insurance underwriter, WFG National Title Insurance Company.
“We strive to build a more proactive, efficient and streamlined process on all ends of the real estate transaction, including proper policy remittances,” said Sanam Geramifar, who is Federal Title’s controller and disbursement coordinator. “This is a proud moment because our team’s efforts were recognized and celebrated. Also, I love that this award emphasizes the importance of being environmentally friendly.”
The 3E Remittance Award is awarded every year to the title companies in the region with the top performance score, which is determined by timeliness, accuracy and consistency of remittance delivery. A higher score is one indicator of a title company’s dedication to one of the most important details of each real estate transaction, proper management of consumer funds.
WFG’s VP, Mid-Atlantic Agency Andrew Hooper visited Federal Title’s Uptown office in Friendship Heights to congratulate members of the team and present the award.
“The team at Federal Title is among the best in the business,” Hooper said. “They are consistently ahead of the curve when it comes to technology and workflow, and they embody WFG’s vision of taking time and cost out of the real estate transaction. All around, they are a pleasure to work with.”
